If you’re having trouble with Blox, check these common solutions before reaching out to support.

Figma Import Issues

Ensure you have connected your Figma account in Settings > Integrations. If it’s already connected, try re-authorizing to refresh the token.
Check if the elements in Figma are using Groups instead of Frames. We highly recommend using Frames with Auto Layout for the best code generation.

Mobile Preview Issues

Ensure your phone’s camera lens is clean and you have a stable internet connection. If the QR code still fails, click the “Copy Link” button beneath the QR code and open it manually in your phone’s browser.
Your phone and your development machine must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Check your firewall settings to ensure port 8081 is open.

App Store Build Failures

The Bundle ID in Blox must exactly match the one you created in App Store Connect. Double-check for typos or extra spaces.
If your build fails during the signing stage, you may need to renew your Apple Developer Certificate in the Apple Developer Portal and re-sync with Blox.
